No, creating a customer account is completely optional — you can check out as a guest with ease. However, having an account comes with several exclusive benefits. You’ll enjoy a faster checkout experience with pre-filled order details, easy access to manage your orders and returns, and automatic enrollment in our Rewards Program, giving you access to perks available only to account holders.

Orders are typically shipped out within 24 hours however order fulfillment can take between 1-3 business days depending on order volume and product availability.

Once you place your order, you will receive an email to the email address used when your order was placed. This email will contain all of your order details. You can also view all of your order history by simply logging into your customer account.

In our attempt to process your order as soon as possible we cannot guarantee that an order will be able to be modified after it has been placed. Our fulfillment center works very quickly to ensure you receive your order on time. If you notice an error in your order, please contact our support team immediately, and we’ll do our best to accommodate any necessary changes. In many cases, the order may need to be fulfilled as submitted, after which you can request a return or exchange for the correct items.

Our fulfillment center works diligently to ensure all orders are fulfilled within a timely manner. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that an order can be updated after it has been placed. Please ensure all order details are correct before submitting your order as we are not responsible for any failed deliveries or misplaced parcels as a result of incorrect mailing addresses submitted by the customer. 

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped out to you, you will receive an email to the email address used when placing your order containing all of your tracking details. These details will include your tracking number, shipping courier, and contents of your package.

Packages shipped within the United States can take anywhere from 3-5 business days while International orders can take 10-14 business days.

Occasionally, packages may be marked as “delivered” by the shipping courier before they’ve actually arrived to their final destination. We recommend allowing a bit of extra time, as they often show up later the same day. If your package hasn’t arrived by the end of the business day, please contact the shipping courier directly for assistance in locating it. Once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, we no longer have access to tracking beyond what’s provided publicly and they would be best equipped in giving you the most up to date information on the whereabouts of your package.

Due to all of our products being thoroughly inspected prior to shipment, you will need to file a damage claim with the shipping courier to be compensated for any product damages.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your items therefore we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date of your order which is verified through tracking. All returned items must be in the original packaging and condition to be eligible for a return or exchange. 
Note: We do not offer returns or exchanges for custom, final sale, or damaged items. Visit our Return Portal to initiate a return or exchange.

Signing up is easy! You can sign up by simply creating a customer account or by logging in to an existing one and your Rewards account will automatically be activated.

Your rewards balance will be displayed on the Rewards Page when you are logged into your account.

This is an easy fix. If your rewards points seem to be off and not reflecting properly, send us an email at support@felinefrenzi.com so that we can adjust your points balance.

You can create a new account several different ways. The first  would be to simply click sign in from the main menu. The second way would be to create an account when placing a new order. There will be an option to do this during the checkout process.

Yes, we have an affiliate program that allows you to earn a 10% commission on every sale you generate.
